Fairmont Hotel and Golf Resort, 5 star
I stayed at the Fairmont Dubai, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attention that I received. The fact that the hotel shares a link with the convention center made my choice, and my business there just that much easier to attend, never once having to stray out into the hot summer sun, unless I was ready and wanting to do it for the sake of a tan.
