Sheraton Dubai Hotel and Towers, 5 star
The Sheraton Dubai is very nice. When I was there, it was just renovated, so I was able to see it at its best, but I don't think the time has treated it badly. The lobby is just gorgeous with its mosaic floor and wonderful columns. The rooms are big and nicely decorated, and have large windows offering great views of the gulf beyond.
